Hello together,
we are looking for a new housemate in our house from 1st December on. It would be nice if a new open-minded, uncomplicated and convivial person with experiences in shared flats would join us. As we mostly speak English in the shared house it would be great if you spoke the language.
To get a picture of us:
Ilka (36) works in an antidiscrimination office and loves frisbee freestyle and travelling. Julien is a freelance graphic designer from Paris and loves photoshop, frisbee and cooking. Vicky is 22, loves music and cooking and studies social work in Düsseldorf.
Besides them there are four other people living in the house: Gerrit, Miyuki, Moritz and Tarek.
Gerrit is in his sabatical, he likes dancing, going outside and any sorts of games. Miyuki (28) works at Trivago and loves travelling and cooking. Moritz (28) Carpenter, outgoing Person, likes playing games and spending time with good people. Tarek (29) is studying artificial intelligence. He loves science stuff, (making) music and beer.
The garden is 350 m² in size and used by everyone. The room is 14m² big and costs 347,52 € (including GEZ, internet, rent, water, electricity and heating).
The transport connection is really good. Because of the train station Mülheim the line 13 and 18 as well as the S6, S11, RE 1, RE 5, and RB 48 is only 5 minutes away by foot. Wiener Platz (line 4) and Frankfurter Straße (line 3) is only 10 minutes away by foot.
The Frankfurter Straße offers the best shopping possibilities. Although the position of the house is very good, the house lies in a really calm street.
