Helles, großzügiges 18,5qm WG-Zimmer im Paradies //

Die Wohnung liegt im Paradies, einer der schönsten und zentralsten Gegenden in Konstanz. In nur zwei Minuten ist man sowohl am Seerhein als auch an der HTWG, genauso wie an der nächsten Bushaltestelle. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar, das beliebte Café Stadtkind liegt quasi um die Ecke und mit dem Fahrrad braucht man etwa 15 Minuten zur Uni. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines Altbaus, die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr entspannt und im Haus wohnen einige WGs.

Unsere Küche ist sehr gemütlich und grün, also definitiv etwas für Pflanzenliebhaber:innen und auch unseren Balkon bepflanzen wir im Frühjahr gerne. Besonders Erdbeeren und Tomaten fühlen sich dort sehr wohl und man kann dort wunderbar sitzen.

The apartment is located in Paradies, one of the most beautiful and central areas in Konstanz. In just two minutes, you can reach the Seerhein, the HTWG, and the nearest bus stop. The old town is within walking distance, the popular Café Stadtkind is just around the corner, and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the university by bike. The apartment is on the second floor of an old building, the community is very relaxed, and there are several shared apartments in the building.

Our kitchen is very cozy and green, so definitely something for plant lovers, and we also like to plant our balcony in the spring. Strawberries and tomatoes in particular thrive there, and it's a wonderful place to sit.

Das WG-Leben ist ruhig, unkompliziert und harmonisch. Da alle viel zu tun haben, ist der Alltag eher entspannt und nicht besonders trubelig. Wenn wir es mal schaffen einen WG-Abend machen, ist die Stimmung immer sehr gut und wir haben eine Menge Spaß zusammen. Aktuell wohnen hier Pia, die arbeitet und Kommunikationsdesign an der HTWG studiert hat, sowie Lennart, der gerade seinen Master in Social and Economic Data Science abschließt.

Life in the shared apartment is quiet, uncomplicated, and harmonious. Since everyone has a lot to do, everyday life is rather relaxed and not particularly hectic. When we do manage to plan an evening all together, the atmosphere is always very good and we have a lot of fun. Currently living here are Pia, who works and studied communication design at HTWG, and Lennart, who is currently completing his master's degree in social and economic data science.

Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die beiden anderen Mitbewohner:innen ebenfalls planen, in absehbarer Zeit auszuziehen. Die WG wird sich also vermutlich neu aufstellen. Deshalb wünschen wir uns jemanden, der grundsätzlich Lust hat, länger in Konstanz zu bleiben und perspektivisch die Hauptmiete zu übernehmen, sobald der aktuelle Hauptmieter auszieht.

It is important to note that the other two roommates are also planning to move out in the foreseeable future. The constellation of people living in the shared apartment will therefore probably be reorganized. That is why we are looking for someone who is interested in staying in Konstanz for a longer period of time and who is willing to take over the main rent as soon as the current main tenant moves out.
