looking for a WG-ZIMMER / room in a shared flat

I’m going to study at DHBW as an exchange student. Currently studying Professional Sales in Finland
I’m 21-years old, female, do not smoke and I’m very open-minded, happy out-going person and packed with laughter and a loving personality.

What I’m looking for from the room/flat:
- already furnished ( a bed and a desk)
- close to the center or easy transportation to center/DHBW
- other students/ trainees/ workers as roommates
- max rent with utilities 500€
- I can pay for deposit of furniture/the room

I do not have any payment failures and have previous landlords recommendations if necessary!
