There are three rooms which will be free at the beginning of march. One flatmate is moving to Frankfurt, the other to are a couple planing to move together in a two people flat.

One is about 12 square meters. Due to two relatively large windows, the room is very bright and ideally suited for plants. The ceilings are relatively high, so that shelves can be installed at different heights. There are already two of them, plus a wardrobe that can also be taken over if necessary.

The next one is about 17 square meters and has one window to the street. The costs are a bit higher with 290 Euros cold.

The last one is the biggest. It costs 317 Euros and measures 21 square meters. The windowdoor leads to a large balcony.

We share our kitchen, where there is also space to sit and eat together, as well as our living room. There we made music, played board games or watched movies together. In good weather we can use our terrace as well as the garden, which also has a fireplace. There is also a cellar room, an attic and a garage as a storage room for bicycles. The washing machine is in the laundry room. A parking space also belongs to the apartment.

The shared apartment is on the Ortenberg, a quiet district characterized by single-family and multi-family houses. From here it is a 5-minute walk to the main train station, 3 minutes to the supermarket, 5 minutes to the climbing hall (Edeka) and 15 minutes to the city center (retail, university library, cinema, theater...). Of course, it's faster by bike. From the front door it is also only 10 minutes in the forest for jogging or walking. If you have more time, you can also hike to many beautiful places, e.g. the Spiegelslustturm or the Frauenberg.

I am open to whatever vibe you bring to the flat, as long as it is respectful with one another. I am not particularly searching for a family like living atmosphere, although sharing a flat in that way I consider quit nice.
I am against any sort of Racism, sexism, queerphobia and anti-Semitism.

A few words about me:
My name is Shima. I am from Iran, studying the Master of North American Studies here in Marburg.
I am interested in dance, theater, literature and going to the gym. I enjoy getting to know the peculiarities about German (and other) cultures and compare them to my own peculiar cultural habits.

Also, I would like someone else to take over the main lease agreement, as I am not fluid in German and therefore do not feel confident on German bureaucracy.
