The apartment is completely furnished and have all the needed accessories (from dishes to pillows).

There is a bathroom and a lavabo in the apartment. Our kitchen counts with a stove, an oven, a dishwasher a microwave and a good fridge.

There is also a washing machine in the house.

There are 4 rooms in the house and every two of them share a balcony.

The location of the apartment is amazing! 8 minutes walk from Theresienwiese U-Bahn, 8 minutes walk from Aldi and Edeka. 17 minutes away from ZOB and Hauptbahnhof by foot.

Extra:
We are 5 minutes away from the Oktoberfest by foot, so if you wanna have a great time during the festival, this is the place!

We are one brazilian, one egyptian and one belgian looking for one nice person to get the room of our other brazilian mate that is moving out.
