looking for place from 24.9 or later- upto 850 euro/m

It is Masood, 28 years old IT-guy originally from Iran, living in Sweden right now.
I've got a job offer in a Deutsch company in Munich and I'm looking for a shared-place to live with nice and happy people. I need a room "ideally" for a short-time, perhaps between 2 to 4 months (shore or longer duration is discuss-able)
My flight to Munich is 24th of Sept and I need to move in latest 1st of Oct. Sooner date is discuss-able.
I have studied and lived in Europe specially with multi-national people in shared-places for almost 3 years so I guess I've learnt how to live & enjoy the life together with my flat-mates.

Basically, I will be at work every week-day so you won't see me from ~8-17 p.m. Then perhaps we could enjoy talking, cooking together since I love to cook, playing Games or do other fun things etc. I'm a social person and want to socialize and that is why I would like to have some flat-mates.
I speak English and Farsi and would like to learn German, no special habit or restrictions (smoke, religion beliefs, snoring! etc) and crazy fan of Football and Dance (I dance Salsa).
My free services for my flat-mates includes: Fix your broken computer and teach you how to design your personal web-site.
As I said, I will move to Munich from Stockholm so "maybe" I can not visit the place before 25th of Sept. We can talk and see eachother via Skype to discuss more about the situations.
