Looking for a furnished flat share of at most 3 people

I'm Calvin. A 29 years old adventurous robotic software engineer from Canada. I am working full time at a robotic startup in Munich.

I enjoy spending time in the city as well as outdoor with friends. However I'm also very comfortable staying home, watching TV and relax. I enjoy trying out different restaurants, movie, tv, games, boardgames, martial arts, traveling, having a beer with friends, longboarding, and recently surfing etc.


The Flat:
I'm looking for a furnished flat share to stay for long term, at least 1 year.
It needs to be in city center, as I like to access shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. (I've indicated district in the request)
The flat share should have at most 3 people, including me. Tenants should age between 20 to 32.
Roommates should like to hang out and do activities together. But I also want to spend time alone and work on my own things.
The room should at the minimum have a bed.
The flat should have heating, kitchen and internet.
