TUM Master Student looking for a nice room in a shared apartment

Hello,
I am a 22 year old TUM Master student from Albania currently studying Masters of Informatics and I am looking for a nice furnished room in a shared apartment. I am a clean, non-smoking and organized person looking for a friendly and respectful space.

It is important that the apartment has a kitchen since I like to cook several times a week (maybe we can cook together) and eat most of my meals at home. Also I would prefer it if the apartment has a washing-machine.

I love animals so I would not mind it if any of the flatmates have any pet. On the contrary I would like it if we have a small pet friend in the apartment :)

I spend most of my time working on my Uni projects,watching movies, reading, doing sport or travelling.

*Since my German is not very good, I would prefer it if the roommates spoke English.
