Hi everyone! This is Felix, Leonie and Juan Diego, from Germany and Panamá!!

The are a charismatic WG and we like to do things together. Possible activities we could do are: ride the bike, or more exciting, take a trip to the mountains. At night, and also in cold days, cooking, playing board games (Settlers of CATAN is the favorite one), activity, pantomime, karaoke, or go to a bar. The official language to be spoken is english, in order to integrate us better. Spanish and french are more than welcome 🫶 And sometimes german for practicing a bit.
We are looking for a highly sociable person who also wants an active social life in the house, and that likes the activities mentioned above 😊

The apartment is big, bright and well distributed in 4 bedrooms, 1 living-room, 1 kitchen, 1 toilet, and 1 big bathroom. It is on the 3rd floor, after climbing 1-year-old renewed stairs. The bedroom offered has a window facing south-east, where you can be warmly awake by the sunlight in the mornings. The kitchen has a big table and 6 chairs. Our giant fridge (freezer apart) is one of our WG strengths, letting everyone to store lots of food, therefore, avoiding going that often to grocery shopping. The freezer has with a drawer for each flat-member. Talking about the living-room, it has a big corner-couch that extends to be a party-nap bed or movie-bed, if desired! In the bathroom, we have a classic bathtub, and a washing machine. At last but yet important, we have a big basement to store skiing equipment, bicycles, inflatable boats, etc. And outdoors there is a bike-parking lot. Lots of space can be found to park your car in the streets surrounding the building at any time.

The house includes a giant fridge, big freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

****The room has already some furnitures, which for a 2-3 months tenant should be enough of comfort: two desks, a chair, a couch, a cupboard, and two matress. Just misses a bed, so matresses are on the floor as in Japan =) Otherwise, you are free to buy new stuff, and later sell them through Ebay or similars.

The price includes everything (WARMMIETE: 450 euros)

The location couldn ́t be more perfect. We have the number 7 bus stop in front of our house, which connects to the tram #2 if you need to go uphill to the university. The number 5 bus stop (in Petrusplatz) is 600 m away, and it will take you to Hochschule Neu-Ulm. For gorcery shopping, we have a CAP supermarket 500 m away, and when looking for bigger supermarkets, we also have Rewe and Kaufland equidistant from us (1 km). Being 200 m away from the Donau is a super-plus no one can deny. Further walking across the river, you will find Fischerman ́s Viertel with all the pubs, restaurants, bars, and Ulm towncenter.
For taking a nice walk we also have Glacis Park that drives you down to the shopping mall "Glacis Galerie" (where Rewe is).
When taking a train to other cities, we have Neu-Ulm Bahnhof 1 km away (besides Glacis Galerie), or Ulm Hbf crossing the river 15 min walk.
