Unsere Wohngemeinschaft liegt im beliebten Stadtteil St. Johannis, nur wenige Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut: Straßenbahn, U-Bahn (U3) und mehrere Buslinien in direkter Nähe – in ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten bist du am Hauptbahnhof.
Die Umgebung bietet alles, was man braucht: Supermärkte, Bäcker, Wochenmarkt, Cafés, Restaurants, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders schön sind das Pegnitzufer und die Hesperidengärten direkt ums Eck, die sich perfekt zum Spazieren oder Entspannen eignen.
Das Viertel ist lebendig, aber nicht überlaufen. Das ist ideal für alle, die zentrumsnah wohnen und trotzdem Ruhe und Grün genießen wollen.

Our shared apartment is located in St. Johannis, just a few minutes from the Altstadt. Transport connections are excellent: tram, U-Bahn (U3) and several bus lines are nearby; the central station (Hauptbahnhof Nürnberg) is about 10 to 15 minutes away.
The surrounding area offers everything you need: supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants, all within walking distance. The banks of the Pegnitz and the Hesperidengärten gardens are particularly beautiful, just around the corner, perfect for walking or relaxing.

Die WG ist ordentlich, strukturiert und alltagstauglich, genau das Richtige, wenn du deinen eigenen Rhythmus leben möchtest, ohne auf ein angenehmes Umfeld zu verzichten.
