a cozy room will be available from 1 February 2026 in our large shared flat in Alt-Saarbrücken (Stengelstraße). The room is about 12 m² and comes fully furnished with a bed and furniture 🛏️.

About the flatshare:
You will live with three friendly flatmates who study or work. We are an international WG, speaking English, Spanish, German and Arabic 🌍. The atmosphere is calm, friendly and respectful 😊.

The flat is very spacious and well-equipped:
– Two fridges in the kitchen 🧊🧊
– Washing machine available 🧺
– Large balcony perfect for relaxing 🌿☀️
– Two bathrooms, very convenient 🚿🚽
– Bright and big living room, ideal for spending time together or relaxing ✨🛋️

– Only 5 minutes walking to the main train station 🚆
– Directly across from the Ludwigskirche bus stop 🚌
– Very central area with shops and cafés nearby ☕️🛍️

Rent & conditions:
– Total rent: 380 € 💶
– Deposit: 450 €
– Additional monthly costs: approx. 40 € for internet + electricity 🌐⚡️
– Radio tax (Rundfunkbeitrag): around 15 € every 3 months 📻
– We are looking for a calm, clean and reliable person, student or worker, who plans to stay at least 1 year 🙌
– The flatshare is overall very quiet and peaceful 😌
