Renting a flat

I would describe myself as a calm, respectful, and responsible person who values cleanliness and good communication. I am originally from Ethiopia and preparing for my studies in Germany. I have received a substantial scholarship from a German organization that fully covers my university fees and living expenses. In addition to this scholarship, I will also be working part-time, which further strengthens my financial stability.

Most of my time is dedicated to studying, reading, or preparing for my academic goals. In my free time, I enjoy watching documentaries, learning new skills, and exploring new places. I am considerate of shared spaces and always keep things tidy. I don’t smoke, I don’t host parties, and I prefer a quiet, peaceful environment.

Landlords and roommates appreciate my reliability, respect for house rules, and punctuality. I am looking for a clean, comfortable, and safe place where I can focus on my studies and feel at home, while maintaining a positive and peaceful living atmosphere.
