This Apartment comes fully furnished. Located in the Stuttgart City Centre a short walk from hauptbahnhof (4-5 minutes). I currently share with one other guy. The apartment is big and spacious, with two balconies. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a lift. Close to the main shopping street and local restaurants an apartment not to be missed!!!

As I will be leaving my furniture the new tenant has to be happy to take this over.
Shared items with current flatmate: Sofa, coffee table, living room carpet,table and chairs, tv cupboard/stand, living room cupboard, wardrobe for coats in hallway.
My furniture: Bed with maitraise, TV stand in bedroom, large size wardrobe in bedroom, Desk and Chair and brown carpet, curtains.
The cost of the furniture is 700 euros.
The deposit is 1020 euros.
The 40 euros extra pays for wifi, tv licence and electricity.
The flat is 75 sqm, the room size displayed is not exact.
We have two cellars also which is perfect for storage.
A long stay tenant would be preferred. Single tenant only,
