******ENGLISCH VERSION BELOW*******.
******ENGLISCH VERSION *******
You can expect a 14m² fully furnished room. Bed, desk, clothes rail and a Kalaxxs shelf are part of the equipment. These are included in the rent and do not have to be redeemed. The room has a window which offers a view in the direction of Bad Cannstatt and the Wasen. The room is versatile designable, the photos of the room give only a small insight into the use of the room! :)
You can get to the main train station by bus 40 (3 min walk to the bus stop Tunnel-Ostportal) within 2 stops (3 min) and practically in front of the door by bus 42 (bus stop Plankstrasse) in 10 min to the city center.
Aldi and Naturgut are within 5 min walking distance. Rewe is also nearby and can be reached in 8-10 minutes. As well as bakery, pharmacy, post office and Dominos.
Your maybe future roommates are:
Claudia (27) is in the final stages of her studies (Intercultural Education and Multilingualism), works in a home office and teaches German and always makes for a fun conversation in the kitchen! She has only been living in the WG for about 2 months but has settled in well!
Gjergji (24) comes from Albania and studies business informatics. Has been living in Stuttgart for 4 years now and will probably hack the Pentagon at some point. Has been living here for about half a year and can't be imagined without him.
Last but not least are our newcomers Clement (24) from France and Jeff (22). Clement will move in mid-January and Jeff in early February! We haven't met them in person yet but first conversations via Skype were very entertaining and sympathetic!
We are a fun bunch and definitely NOT a purpose group. Community conversations in the kitchen are now part of the Altag and if necessary, the one or the other drink is transacted together. Whether coffee, tea, beer or wine!
If one wants to have however its Privatsphäre so one can withdraw problem-free!
Since we are very international set up, we speak mainly English with each other.
In addition to a bathtub we have an extra toilet and are equipped with everything you need: Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave etc.
