Cozy Zimmer & Mitbewohnis in Altbau WG

Unsere Wohnung liegt direkt am Feuersee und bei der Karlshöhe - zwei tolle Orte zum Draußen sein!
In 10 Minuten bist du zu Fuß in der Stadtmitte, in weniger als 5 Minuten an der S-Bahn-Haltestelle Feuersee und damit in 3 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
Mehrere Supermärkte erreichst du in weniger als zehn Minuten zu Fuß, ebenso viele schöne Cafés, Bars und Kulturspots.
Zum Beispiel sind auch Marienplatz & Bismarckplatz ganz nah.

Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es in der Wohnung dank den Einbahnstraßen überraschend ruhig.

Our apartment is located right by Feuersee and Karlshöhe – two great places to spend time outdoors!
It’s a 10-minute walk to the city center, less than 5 minutes to the Feuersee S-Bahn station, and from there just 3 minutes to the main train station.
You can reach several supermarkets in under ten minutes on foot, as well as plenty of lovely cafés, bars, and cultural spots.
Marienplatz and Bismarckplatz are also very close by.

Despite the central location, the apartment is surprisingly quiet thanks to the one-way streets.

Wir leben hier total gemütlich und liebevoll miteinander.
Wir schätzen unsere spontanen Treffen auf dem Balkon, am Kleiderständer im Flur und am Esstisch sehr.
Für gemeinsamen Kaffee/Tee & kochen & immer mal wieder Ausflüge sind wir eigentlich immer alle zu haben. Wir haben stets ein offenes Ohr füreinander, geben uns aber auch gegenseitig Raum & Ruhe.

Momentan wohnen hier Janika, Phil, Tessa, Helena und Julien (ich ziehe aus).

Tessa, Produktionsleitung am Theater, liebt Kaffee, fährt gerne Fahrrad (meistens auf kaputten Fahrrädern) und ist ein warmherziges Energiebündel.

Helena, Handwerkerin und auf dem Weg Architektin zu werden, mit ganz viel Ruhe hat sie immer was zu tun, ist am werkeln oder auf dem Weg zur nächsten Exkursion.

Phil, ist Projektkoordinator im Kunst- & Kulturbereich, macht Musik und spielt gerne Kartenspiele und hört gerne und aufmerksam zu (außer ganz frühmorgens).

Janika, Friseurin und Yogalehrerin, immer auf einen Plausch zu haben, weiß eigentlich zu allem irgendwas und sitzt gerne mit Sonnenbrille & Kaffee in der Hand auf dem Marienplatz.

Wir sind alle so um die 30 und wohnen schon eine Weile in Stuttgart und sind alle in einem mehr oder weniger busy Alltag angekommen.
Unser gemeinsames Leben mögen wir sehr und würden uns daher über eine Person freuen, die diesen Ort längerfristig mit uns teilen möchte! :)

We live together here in a very cozy and loving way.

We live together here in a very cozy and caring way.
We really appreciate our spontaneous meetups on the balcony, by the clothes rack in the hallway, and at the dining table.

We’re pretty much always up for having coffee/tea together, cooking, and going on little outings from time to time. We always have an open ear for one another, but we also give each other space and quiet when needed.

At the moment, the people living here are Janika, Phil, Tessa, Helena, and Julien (I’m the one moving out).

Tessa, a production manager at the theater, loves coffee, enjoys cycling (usually on broken bikes), and is a warm-hearted bundle of energy.

Helena, a craftswoman on her way to becoming an architect, is very calm and always busy—working on something or heading off to the next excursion.

Phil is a project coordinator in the arts and culture sector, makes music, enjoys playing card games, and is a great and attentive listener (except very early in the morning).

Janika, a hairdresser and yoga teacher, is always up for a chat, knows a little something about almost everything, and loves sitting on Marienplatz with sunglasses on and a coffee in hand.

We’re all around 30, have been living in Stuttgart for quite a while, and are all settled into our more or less busy everyday lives.
We really enjoy our shared life here and would be happy to find someone who wants to share this place with us long-term! :)

Unsere Küche ist groß und komplett ausgestattet und von da gehts vor allem auf unseren ruhigen Balkon mit Blick in den Hinterhof – im Sommer super zum Sitzen.

Wir haben einen harmlosen & geregelten Putzplan.
