Hey there,
one of our rooms is free from the beginning of August till the end of September!
We are living here with 8 people, all coming from different backgrounds, some studying some working some jobbing. Because of that, it (mostly) doesn't get too crowded as you might imagine living with 7 others. Still, there are always people you can cook with, go out, do sports, chat, drink, or just enjoy the weather. If you want to be on your own, no one is expecting you to drag yourself out.
The flat itself comes with a kitchen (surprise), two bathrooms and a small living room corner to hang out. Once a week someone comes to clean the public spaces. There is a laundry room in the cellar.
Everything is pretty near, it only takes like 3 mins to S-Bahn / Bus / Rewe / Edeka / Bank. 5 mins to the city center by S-Bahn (or 15 mins walking). Bars, Cafes, Restaurants, Gym, field, and woods are all within walking distance.
Oh, and we mostly talk German or English, both are fine.
