Our apartment is located in the midst of the beautiful Stuttgart-West, near Hölderlinplatz.

- The apartment is fully equipped with furniture from IKEA (e.g. the bed, the wardrobe, ustensils in the kitchen...)
The apartment itself is located on the 1st floor of a renovated building with Art Nouveau facings. All rooms are provided with laminate, excpt kitchen and bathroom. The apartment has been completely refurbished.
In the kitchen we have a new stove with oven, a modern large fridge, and everything else that a full kitchen needs. Furthermore, we have a dishwasher... and that might be handy after all ;)
The bathroom is also brand new, has a nice shower, and has the ground heated. The washing machine is new and is a dryer too.
The apartment is fully cleaned weekly by a team of 2 maids (rooms + common areas). But a vaccum cleaner and all the cleaning products stuff is available if you need it ;). There's also an iron table and an iron available if you like a perfectly ironed shirt!
The cleaning service, internet, all utilities such as electricity, heating, GEZ, hot water and other charges are included in the flat rate. It's all inclusive. The deposit is 2 months rent.
In the basement and in the small backyard there's also a space for a bike.
Oh and there's also a small calm balcony that you can use!

Our shared-flat is located in Stuttgart-West on Schwabstrasse, and is very well deserved by public transportation. The U4, bus 40, 42, are reachable in 3 minutes by feet and you can therefore be at Hbf, Stadtmitte, or the S-bahn station Schwabstrasse in about 10 minutes.
Right next to our apartment there's a Bio supermarket, a butcher, and a really nice Bäckerei ;)
In addition to that, Rewe, Edeka and Lidl are easily reachable within minutes.
If you're sportive and would like to go for a jog, you can easily get into the forest up on the hill of Stuttgart-West (Well you'll have to climb the stairs first, that's a nice training!). But you can also rest in the numerous Restaurants and bars available if you want :D
During the week, it's possible to do something together, even though the flat stays relatively calm. If you need to rest, it's ok!
The room is ideal for entry into Stuttgart, everything is available! The apartment is equiped with a dish-washer, washer-dryer, a large fridge and an electric cooker.
