20 qm Zimmer Altstadt, Sonderangebot! Zwischenmiete Januar/Februar, halber Monat umsonst!

In meiner WG ist mein wunderschönes Altstadtzimmer frei ab 22.12. das ich als Zwischenmiete bis ende Februar vermiete. Das Zimmer ist noch teilmöbliert mit Bett und Schrank. Optimal also für jemand, der in Tübingen was langfristiges suchen will und erstmal einen Platz braucht, von dem aus er suchen kann.
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, dass du langfristig in der WG bleiben kannst. Dazu ist allerdings ein Interview mit der Vermieterin nötig, und das könnte
erst Mitte Januar stattfinden.
In der WG wohnen noch Maddy (22 aus den USA, Archälogie-Masterstudentin) und Alba (25, aus Spanien, Archäologie Doktorandin). Sie sind sehr nett, offen und sprechen englisch.

Dass Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat zwei große Fenster. Es ist ungefähr 20 qm groß und mit einem relativ neuen Schrank und Matratze und Lattenrost möbliert. Man kann sofort drin übernachten.

Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und es gibt alles was das WG-Herz begehrt, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Badewanne.

Die Miete beträgt 525 Euro warm pro Monat, da ist Internet und alles drin. Den Januar schenke ich dir zur Hälfte, wenn du mir ganz schnell zusagst. Für Januar entstehen dann 262,50 Euro Kosten.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, im Herzen der Altstadt. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Marktplatz, beim Edeka, Alnatura, Rewe, oder am Bahnhof. Die Straße selber ist aber sehr ruhig, und es gibt nahezu keinen Autoverkehr.

Das WG Leben ist entspannt. Maddy und Alba arbeiten tagsüber und man sieht sich zwischendurch. Abends kochen die beiden gern mal zusammen. Die beiden sind sehr interessiert an einem lebendigen WGleben und freuen sich, wenn DU Lust hast auf gemeinsames Filmschauen, Biertrinken etc.

Ich möchte gern mein Bett mit recht neuer Matratze und Lattenrost sowie den neuen Kleiderschrank verkaufen. Die Sachen haben neu 490 Euro gekosten (Ikea) und ich würd sie für die Hälfte (245 Euro) verkaufen. Ich hab die Sachen im Januar 2017 gekauft.
Solltest du nicht Ende Februar übernommen werden oder wenn du wieder ausziehen möchtest, kannst du einwandfreien die Möbel mitnehmen.

Hello! We are Maddy (22, Archaeology master's student from the US) and Alba (25, Archaeology/Primatology PhD student from Spain) and we are looking for a short-term roommate to join us in our awesome WG right in the heart of the city starting January 1st till End of February :D
We are looking for people who just need a place for their first months in Tübingen. It is super comfortable to search for a permanent place to stay in Tübingen from our flat. And their is also a chance that we could offer you to stay longterm! Therefor we have to arrange an interview with our landlady, and that could happen in mid January.
Since we need someone to move in right away, I will give you half of January for free. So the rent would be only for 1,5 months even though you can stay there for 2 months! :)

The room is half furnished and approximately ~20 qm in size. It has a bed and a wardrobe. It also has two large south-facing windows, and radiator heating. The rent is 525 euros including utilities (455 for rent, and 65 for the utilities).
The furniture you would have to buy from me but you could sell them afterward or just keep them. They are new and stainless. They cost new 490 Euro and I sell them for 245 Euro. You could easily sell them for 300 Euro later on. They are 2 years old.

Inside the flat itself, we share our kitchen with an oven, stove, refrigerator, dish washer, all the silverware/plates/tupperware you could ever imagine, and a couch where we like to sit and chat while making dinner together. We also share a large bathroom which includes a shower, bathtub, cupboard for your toiletries, washing machine, and drying rack.

Lage
Everyone will be jealous of your new WG, since we are truly in the heart of the Altstadt. It's truly just steps from the Castle, Marktplatz, and the Stiftskirche. Super easy to get to Edeka, Alnatura, REWE, and the market that happens every week in the Marktplatz. The street itself is relatively quiet, despite being so central - so you can enjoy your taste of the town and always return home for relaxation ;)

WG-Leben
Our WG is very comfortable and friendly! Usually during the days we spend our time separately at school/library/getting coffee and cakes but we often cook dinner together or just sit down for a cup of tea in the evenings. We would love to find someone who enjoys watching movies, playing games, going out for tea/coffee, and likes to have a shared dinner/tea every once and a while. Other than that, we are both very flexible and enjoy being around many types of people :)

Some other notes: we both speak English to each other, but Alba is fluent in Spanish and knows some German and Maddy is somewhat confident in German. It would be great if we could have someone to help us learn some more German and also our landlady would prefer at least 1 german speaker in the house ;)
