Dear exchange student,
Welcome to your future favorite flat!
We are a flat in Geissweg, Tübingen that consists of six students. We hang out a lot: We cook, have drinks and do other fun activities together.
In our flat, one room is reserved for an Erasmus student – your room. Since Bori's Erasmus semester is almost over and she will go back to Hungary in March, the Erasmus room will be available from March onwards.
It is possible for you to move in whenever you come to Tübingen in the beginning of the summer term.
Since Geissweg is part of a student residence, you will be able to meet about 75 students and have access to a pool, a trampoline, a fireplace, a party basement, a gym, a rooftop and more. We would love for you to enjoy these things with us, but of course you can also have time for yourself whenever you want it or need it.
The room can only be rented by an Erasmus student since the flat is part of the Stuwe (Studierendenwerk). However, we are partially self-organized and can choose who is moving in. Your room has a big window and is already furnished.
If you’re interested, contact us via telegram/whatsapp or here on wg-gesucht.
It takes about two minutes to walk to the bus stop "Quenstedtstraße" and 3 minutes to walk to "Breiter Weg/Frondsbergstraße". Walking to uni takes about 10 - 15 minutes.
Your flatmates:
If you’re looking for someone who loves skater clothes, likes climbing when drunk and watching random YouTube videos, then you and Vanessa (21) are perfect for each other! Even though her field of study is quite boring to us normal folks (economics), she is the opposite of boring and always has a funny story to share.
Ella (21) likes black tea and political activism. Whenever she’s not studying political science, you can find her cooking fancy Mauldaschen variations. She likes to make weird faces when entering the kitchen. You might notice her fresh and swaggy wardrobe which we all benefit from. If you want someone to talk to in-between tiring study sessions, you can count on her.
JP will explain the oven function of our microwave to you in detail and will sort everyone out with Star Wars Band-Aids and owns multiple pairs of Pac-Man boxer shorts. He's not only a funny guy but also pretty smart, the eldest in the flat (30), studies medicine, works as an EMT and likes to go for long (and fast) runs.
In the last months, Alina (23) has put more work into the sims, among us and various other computer games than into her actual studies in neurobiology. She has lived here for one and a half years and takes care of our beloved kitchen plants, even though they are not always in the best condition. She is always down for some road trips since she has a car now.
Whenever not playing music or jamming in the basement, Maxi (22) can be found in the kitchen cooking spicy dishes or preparing some fancy vegetables. He studies geo ecology and maybe will give you some of his baby plants to take care of! In summer, you will find him gardening or hiking.
We would love for you and us to have an awesome time together! So please make sure that you tell us some fun facts about yourself when contacting us
