We have a room available in our 4er WG in Pfrondorf, from February 1st. It is on the 1st floor, next to the living room, and comes fully furnished. As most of the furniture was bought by a moving tenant, you would be taking over a nightstand, a desk, a rolling chair, storage boxes, a garderobe, and a mirror for 130€; there's also a double bed that comes with the room. The room is quite spacious (16m2) and has 3 windows, meaning you get plenty of light.

The rent is 425 euros (Kaltmiete 325, Nebenkosten 100) and the Kaution is 650 euros.

The house itself has 2 main floors, a basement, and a cellar, and includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom (with a tub and shower), and two separate toilets, one on each floor. In the basement, there's a laundry machine and a dryer, as well as storage space. The cellar is empty right now.

Pfrondorf is a village in the Tübingen region, characterized by very nice and friendly people, as well as relaxing views, making it perfect for running or walking. There's a small grocery store and bakery nearby, and at the end of the street, a lovely café.

The distance from the city to Pfrondorf by bus (number 7 or 1) is around 15 to 20 minutes. From Monday to Friday, the bus comes every 15 minutes until 20:00 and then every half an hour. There is also a night bus (N91) coming every hour from 01:00 to 05:00. On the weekend, the bus comes every half an hour. It is also possible to take the 827 bus line, which runs only on weekdays. Commuting by bike is also possible; it takes around 20 minutes to get to the city center (Wilhelmstraße).

Our flat-share is pretty relaxed and friendly. Right now, we are all pretty busy with our studies (all of us are students at the University of Tübingen), but we usually catch up with each other in the kitchen. As we are all internationals and come from various places, we communicate with each other in English. We keep our spaces clean and nice for everyone and have a cleaning and trash take-out schedule.
