🌿 Großes Zimmer in neuer 6er-WG – alles inklusive!

Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus im Burgholzweg aus dem eine 6er WG werden soll – direkt am Waldrand der Innenstadt West am Schlossberg. Es ist hier wunderbar ruhig und grün, aber du bist trotzdem in wenigen Minuten mitten im Leben.

In 5 Minuten bist du mit dem Fahrrad in der Altstadt (z.B. beim berühmten Studentenrestaurant manufaktur), und direkt vor der Tür liegt die Bushaltestelle Bismarckturm (Linie 9), eine Direktverbindung bis zum Hauptbahnhof, die dich aber auch bis zum Nonnenhaus in unter 10min bringt - von dort aus bist du dann nur wenige Gehminuten von der Uni entfernt! Also perfekt angebunden, auch wenn’s mal regnet und du bequem in die Stadt möchtest.

Die Umgebung ist richtig schön zum Spazierengehen, Joggen oder einfach raus in die Natur, und gleichzeitig bist du schnell am Marktplatz, der Uni, an der Neckarbrücke oder beim nächsten Café. Ideal, wenn du’s gerne entspannt, aber trotzdem zentral magst. 🌿🚲☕

The room is located in a single-family house on Burgholzweg, which is to be converted into a 6-person shared apartment – right on the edge of the forest in the western part of the city center on Schlossberg. It is wonderfully quiet and green here, but you are still only a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

In 5 minutes you can cycle to the old town (e.g. to the famous student restaurant manufaktur), and right outside the door is the Bismarckturm bus stop (line 9), a direct connection to the main train station, which also takes you to the Nonnenhaus in less than 10 minutes – from there you are only a few minutes' walk from the university! So it's perfectly connected, even when it rains and you want to get into town comfortably.

The surrounding area is really nice for walking, jogging, or just getting out into nature, and at the same time, you can quickly get to the market square, the university, the Neckar bridge, or the nearest café. Ideal if you like it relaxed but still central. 🌿🚲☕

Im Haus soll eine freundliche, entspannte WG-Atmosphäre entstehen – also kein reines Zweckwohnen, aber auch kein 24/7 WG-Leben. Es wäre schön, wenn sich alle hier wohlfühlen, man mal zusammen einen Kaffee im Garten trinkt oder sich beim Kochen über den Tag austauscht, aber genauso okay ist, wenn jede*r auch einfach mal seine Ruhe möchte.
Das Haus hat 6 Zimmer auf zwei Etagen, also genug Platz für Rückzug und trotzdem ein gemütliches Miteinander. Das Highlight unseres Hauses sind die Terrasse und ein großer Garten - perfekt zum gemeinsam Draußensitzen, Lernen oder Grillen im Sommer.

Wenn du es gern ruhig, grün und trotzdem nah an der Uni und Innenstadt magst, dann wirst du dich hier wohl fühlen.
Da das Haus gerade frisch vermietet wird, entsteht hier etwas Neues – also ideal, wenn du Lust hast, eine WG von Anfang an mitzugestalten.

We want to create a friendly, relaxed shared apartment atmosphere in the house—so it's not purely functional living, but also not 24/7 shared apartment life. It would be nice if everyone feels comfortable here, if we drink coffee together in the garden or chat about our day while cooking, but it's also okay if everyone just wants some peace and quiet sometimes.
The house has 6 rooms on two floors, so there is enough space for privacy and still a cozy togetherness. The highlight of our house is the terrace and a large garden – perfect for sitting outside together, studying, or barbecuing in the summer.

If you like it quiet and green, yet close to the university and city center, then you'll feel at home here.
As the house has just been rented out, something new is emerging here – ideal if you want to help shape a shared apartment from the ground up.

Das Haus gehört uns als Familie – wir wohnen selbst in Tübingen und vermieten es für mindestens ein Jahr, solange wir unsere Sanierungspläne erstellen. Die Sanierung wird frühestens im Frühling 2027 stattfinden. Es ist ein großes, helles Haus mit Terrasse, Garten und zwei Küchen (eine auf jeder Etage), sodass sich alle gut verteilen können.
Einige Zimmer haben praktische Einbauschränke, ansonsten sind die Räume unmöbliert, damit du sie nach deinem Geschmack einrichten kannst.
Haustiere sind nach Absprache willkommen – wir haben selbst ein Hundekind und freuen uns, wenn es auch tierlieb zugeht.
Wir wünschen uns ruhige, verlässliche Mitbewohner:innen, die respektvoll miteinander umgehen und das Haus wie ihr eigenes Zuhause behandeln.

The house belongs to our young family - we live in Tübingen ourselves and are renting it out for at least a year while we do the planning for our renovation which will be executed in spring 2027 at the earliest. It is a large, bright house with a terrace, garden, and two kitchens (one on each floor), so there is plenty of space for everyone.
Some rooms have practical built-in wardrobes, but otherwise the rooms are unfurnished so that you can furnish them to your taste.
Pets are welcome by arrangement – we have a dog ourselves and would be happy to have other animal lovers around.
We are looking for quiet, reliable roommates who treat each other with respect and treat the house as their own home.
