Dear people from all over the world, Welcome to Villach 😀 !

We are the owners of this in 2026 renovated apartment and plan renting it fully furnitured from mid February 2026 onward.

Pictures can be provider via request. Feel free to send us your details (age, nationality, what you are doing or plan doing in Villach, financial background) and we will get back to you with more details about the apartment.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment has a total size of 45sqm.
It is divided into a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a traditional Finnish soapstone fireplace and a relaxing sitting area, a small bathroom and 2 seperate rooms for 2 tenants.

The rooms will be equipped with basic furniture: bed, wardrobe, table, chair. You just need to buy bed sheets 🙂.

The kitchen offers plenty of storage options as well as a huge kitchen countertop and a refrigerator/freezer combination.

You will live in a typical pre-WWII historical red brick building with ard. 3m floor-to-ceiling-height. The only one in Villach of this type, we are sure that you will like it.

HEATING
You will heat with electricity. Each room will be equipped with infrared panels. As mentioned above the apartment offers also a nice soapstone fireplace which could be fired with wood.

DEPOSIT
3 rents.

6 months up to 3 years with an option to extend.

The location is great!
Our Red Brick House is located in Villach city, ard 3 minutes walking distance to the main train station which itself is located in the City Center.

Grocery stores, post office, schools, kindergarten, tobacco, doctors, church, etc. you will find in the neighborhood.

The apartment will be rented first time in February/March 2026, so the first tenant will have the freedom to decide for a second tenant togehter with us.

If you are 2 people, perfect! You could share the flat, each one having his own private room ! If you are alone, no worries. Together we will decide for a 2nd tenant who will share the apartment with you.

We are looking for people who are highly reliable, orderly and take good care for our property.

We ourselves are a family of three, including a 4 year old Mila. So far we were very lucky with our tenants, maybe because we are always doing our best to make our tenants happy.

As long as you are our guest and even later we will do our best providing helpful information and support.
My husband and I were both traveling very much in our past. We know how much it means having helpful people around you when you are living in a foreign country and unfamiliar culture.
