Sonniges Zimmer in FLINTA Altbau-WG in 1020

Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock eines schönen Altbaus (mit Aufzug, aber nicht barrierefrei zugänglich), ziemlich perfekt gelegen zwischen Donaukanal und Augarten. Du kannst super am Wasser oder im Augarten entspannen und auch der Prater ist mit dem Fahrrad keine 10 Minuten weit weg.
Zur U-Bahn-Station Schottenring, wo U2 und U4 und die 1er und 31er Bim fahren brauchst du auch nur 5 Minuten.
Billa, Penny, Bipa und eine Apotheke sind alle direkt um die Ecke.
Rundherum gibt es ein paar nette Bars und Cafes (manche sind kleine Geheimtipps), Restaurants und Clubs.

The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful old building (with elevator, but not wheelchair accessible), pretty perfectly located between the Danube Canal and Augarten. You can relax by the water or in the Augarten and also the Prater is less than 10 minutes away by bike.
To the subway station Schottenring, where the U2 and U4 and the 1er and 31er Bim pass by, you also need only 5 minutes.
Billa, Penny, Bipa and a pharmacy are all right around the corner.
Pretty near there are some nice bars and cafes (some are insider tips), restaurants and clubs.

Wir hatten gerade ein paar Umbrüche in der WG, haben es uns aber in der neuen Konstellation schon miteinander gemütlich gemacht. Merle und Marie sind im Sommer frisch nach Wien gezogen. Emma ist schon länger in der Wohnung, macht aber bis voraussichtlich August ein Auslandssemester in den USA, in der ersten Zeit wirst du also mit Runo statt Emma wohnen.

Auch wenn zwischendurch alle viel unterwegs sind, ist unser WG-Leben nicht zweckgebunden und wir verbringen auch gerne Zeit miteinander, verquatschen uns beim frühstück und kochen füreinander mit. Wir würden uns über eine Person freuen, die auch Lust hat, Zusammenleben und Alltag zu teilen.


Wir stellen uns mal vor:

Merle (they/er) ist im Sommer frisch nach Wien gezogen und liegt aktuell auf den letzten Metern von deren Regiestudium. Neben Theater mag Merle Pferde, in der Küche oder in Bars zu versacken, Sport oder Musik zu machen, feel-good-Shows auf Netflix zu schauen und 2048 das Handyspiel.


Marie (sie) ist im Oktober fürs Filmregstudium von Berlin nach Wien gezogen und hat sich jetzt schon in die Stadt verliebt. Sie hat ziemlich viele Bücher, die sie dir auch gern ausleiht, kann dafür eigentlich nur nudeln mit pesto „kochen“, erzählt dir gern alles von ihrem Liebesleben, hat das Nonstop Abo und lieeebt Saunieren. Ihr Kleiderschrank besteht nur aus bunten Klamotten und nach einem Kindheitswunsch ist ihr Zimmer rosa.

Emma (sie) studiert eigentlich auf der Boku, macht aber aktuell die USA unsicher. Ansonsten spielt sie im Verein Fußball und hofft immer noch, dass ihre Mitbewohnis endlich (wie versprochen!) Ultras werden. Um nach busy Tagen runterzukommen rätselt Emma.

Runo (they/sie) zieht ab Februar für ein Semester aus Helsinki nach Wien. Runo studiert Soziologie im Master, liebt es zu laufen, Chaos in der Küche zu veranstalten, zu lachen bis dey Bauchweh hat, ein Glas Wein zu trinken und people-watching zu betreiben. Runo wird in Wien vermutlich mit einem Koffer voll Bücher ankommen und die Hälfte hier vergessen, nachdem Runo neue gefunden hat.


Wir wohnen in einer WG, in der wir füreinander da sind und großen Wert auf Rücksicht und Toleranz legen. 
Rassismus, Sexismus Queerfeindlichkeit, Antisemitismus und Transfeindlichkeit haben bei uns keinen Platz. 
Wir geben aufeinander acht und uns ist es wichtig, dass alle sich möglichst wohlfühlen und wir Konflikte so früh wie möglich ansprechen und lösen. Für uns bedeutet zusammen wohnen ein Miteinander. Wir versuchen, unser Essen und unsere Kosten möglichst solidarisch und gerecht untereinander aufzuteilen. Wir tauschen uns viel aus und wissen immer ungefähr, was bei den anderen grade so passiert. Wir quatschen viel und kochen gerne gemeinsam oder machen den ein oder anderen Spiele- oder Filmabend, wenn es reinpasst machen wir zusammen Sport, gehen spazieren oder Eis essen oder setzen uns mit einem Getränk an den Donaukanal. Natürlich wird es aber auch voll respektiert, wenn man mal Ruhe braucht oder grade nicht in Gesellschaft sein möchte und wir haben auch alle Phasen in denen wir viel unterwegs sind. 

Wir würden uns wünschen, ein WG-Leben zu führen, in dem wir auch weiterhin Zeit miteinander verbringen und einander miteinbeziehen.

We've recently had a few changes in the flat share, but we've already settled into the new arrangement. Merle and Marie moved to Vienna this summer. Emma has been in the apartment for a while, but she's spending a semester abroad in the US until August, so at first you'll be living with Runo instead of Emma.

Even though we're all on the go a lot, our shared apartment life isn't just about practicalities, and we enjoy spending time together, chatting over breakfast and cooking for each other. We'd love to have someone who also wants to share everyday life and live in community.


Let us introduce ourselves:

Merle (they/he) recently moved to Vienna in the summer and is currently in the final stages of their film directing studies. In addition to theater, Merle enjoys horses, hanging out in the kitchen or bars, playing sports or music, watching feel-good shows on Netflix, and playing the mobile game 2048.


Marie (she) moved from Berlin to Vienna in October to study film directing and has already fallen in love with the city. She has quite a few books that she is happy to lend you, can only really “cook” pasta with pesto, loves to tell you everything about her love life, has a Nonstop subscription, and loooves saunas. Her wardrobe consists entirely of colorful clothes, and in accordance with a childhood wish, her room is pink.

Emma (she) is normally studying at Boku, but is currently exploring the USA. She also plays soccer for a club and still hopes that her roommates will finally become ultra-fans (as promised!). Emma enjoys puzzles as a way to unwind after busy days.

Runo (they/she) is just about to move to Vienna from Helsinki for one semester. Runo is studying sociology MA and loves to run, get chaotic in the kitchen, laugh until their tummy hurts, drink a nice glass of wine and people-watch. Runo is probably going to arrive to Vienna with one suitcase full of books and forget half of them after finding new ones to read.


We live in a shared apartment where we are there for each other and place great value on consideration and tolerance. Racism, sexism, queerphobia, anti-Semitism, and transphobia have no place here. We look out for each other and it is important to us that everyone feels as comfortable as possible and that we address and resolve conflicts as early as possible. For us, living together means being together. We try to share our food and expenses as fairly and equitably as possible. We talk a lot and always know roughly what's going on with the others. We chat a lot and enjoy cooking together or having the occasional game or movie night. When it suits us, we do sports together, go for walks, eat ice cream, or sit by the Danube Canal with a drink. Of course, we also fully respect when someone needs some quiet time or doesn't want to be around others, and we all have phases where we are out and about a lot. We would like to live in a shared apartment where we continue to spend time together and include each other.

Das Zimmer ist ab Ende Februar/Anfang März frei, ich organisiere aber gerade noch meinen Umzug und bin im Moment noch flexibel im Zeitraum vom 23.2. bis zum 5.3.

Für das Hochbett & die Himmelbett-Vorhänge hab ich selbst vor circa einem Jahr 150€ Ablöse gezahlt. Der Boden war an einer Stelle schon ein wenig fleckig als ich es übernommen habe, ich hab das mit einem Teppich gelöst. Grundsätzlich hätte ich gerne auch 150€ als Ablöse, falls es bei dir fianziell knapp ist, finden wir aber bestimmt eine Lösung. Ansonsten wird das Zimmer unmöbliert übergeben.

The room will be available at the end of February/beginning of March, but I am currently organizing my move and am still flexible between February 23 and March 5.

I paid €150 for the loft bed and curtains about a year ago. The floor (on the bed) was already a little stained in one spot when I took it over, but I solved that with a rug. Basically, I would also like €150 as a transfer fee, but if you're tight on money, I'm sure we can find a solution. Otherwise, the room will be handed over unfurnished.
