The 3-room apartment (75m2) is located on the mezzanine floor and very close to the Schottentor (3 min walk). We share a kitchen (the common area where we hang out) a toilet and a bathroom:) Small but nice:).
The room (17m2) is rented furnished (including bed, wardrobe, desk and small couch) and free of extra charges, however it is to be handed over in a comparably same condition when moving out. We have more furniture in the basement if you want to exchange something.
As you see rhe pictures were taken while our roomate still lives here but i will be given empty ith the furniture mentioned above ;).
Very central location near Schottentor (subway U2, tram lines D, 1, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 71), 5 minutes walk to the main university, Votivkirche, supermarkets (Billa, Spar, Hofer), various pharmacies, stores, restaurants, cafes and bars.
A little bit about us:
Juliana (29) is a Master student in Journalism and works, she likes to cook and to spend a cold night at home, but also going out from time to time. She has a lot of hobbies and has tried pretty much everything :p.
Andrea is a PhD Student in Archaeometry at UniVie. She is a morning person and usually goes to work early during the week. She likes hiking and walking around the city, and she also enjoys going out for a coffee/drink/food/whatever.
We are looking for someone who is in a similar situation to us (kinda between work and studying), about 25-30 years old, who wants a chill WG-life but who also sticks to our cleaning plan. If you’ve read the text until here, please tell us your favorite fruit in your reply,so we know you’ve read everything .
We like to hang out casually in our common area and also like to retreat when we are busy - but are not looking for a purpose shared flat! (No zweck Wg)
We both speak english and spanish, Andrea just started her german lessons and juliana is fluent in german ;).
The rent is 490€ all inklusive and deposit is 490€.
