Hi everyone!

We’re looking for someone to take over a room in our cosy shared apartment at Lehenstrasse, 8037 Zurich. The flat is in Wipkingen, right at the foot of Käferberg — a beautiful neighbourhood with great views over the city. The Limmat is about a 10-minute walk away, perfect for swimming in summer. Public transport is super convenient as well: several bus stops are just 2 minutes from the house (takes in total 15 min to the HB and city center), and Wipkingen train station is around 10 minutes away (only ~6 minutes from there to the airport).

Our apartment is 70 m² with 3 rooms, a bathroom with shower/bathtub, a kitchen, and a shared laundry room in the building.
The room for rent is around 20.5 m² and includes a quiet balcony facing the courtyard (2.5 m²).
Rent is 1000 CHF per month, and the room is available from beginning of February to end of September.

The room comes unfurnished, but it’s quite easy to find affordable second-hand furniture in the neighbourhood or nearby — we did the same when we moved in.

A bit about us:
We are two Master’s students at ETH studying Management, Technology & Economics. We’re good friends, enjoy hanging out together, and often go for runs — we’re even training for the Zurich Marathon this year. We’re always happy to do things together as a flat, but we’re also totally respectful if you prefer having your own space.
