My partner and I are subletting our cozy and fully furnished 2-room apartment in Neukölln for 1.5 months starting January 1st, as we’ll be travelling during that time.
The apartment is located in a vibrant and well-connected area between Maybachufer and Sonnenallee. Public transport is very close: the U8 and several bus lines (including a direct connection to Hauptbahnhof) are just a 4-minute walk away. The neighborhood offers everything you need for daily life – a bakery and Späti right downstairs, and lovely cafés, bars and restaurants around Weserstraße and along the canal, all within walking distance.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, very bright, and has two rooms and a balcony. It’s ideal for a couple, but also perfectly suitable for a single person. The space is fully furnished, warm and homely, and our neighbors are friendly and relaxed, making it a very pleasant place to live.
Rent: 1.200 € for the full period
Location: Neukölln (Weserstraße area)
Duration: approx. 1.5 months (January–mid February)
