Bedroom 1 (25 m2): Bright and quiet, ideal as a second bedroom or a focused home office. Includes a bed with two mattresses, working desk (moveable into other rooms), Chesterfield sofa, arm chair and plenty of wardrobe space. Access to the balcony.
Bedroom 2 (17 m2): Cozy room with a comfy boxspring bed, reading chair, and a dedicated workspace.
Living Room 3 (25 m2): Spacious living room with another working desk (can be moved into other rooms), a lot of green flowers, a big sofa, access to the balcony, a moveable 65” flat TV (which can also be moved into the storage while not being used).
Sunny Balcony (5 m2): Nice lounge area for hangouts, a big desk for breakfast, brunch or working side by side for two people.
