It is on the first floor and two of the rooms are facing Köpenicker Str so there is some light traffic, and the small room looks at the back so it's very quiet.

The apartment is warm in the winter because all the heating tubes are passing by it, and remains fresh in the summer (which is great!).

The neighbors are very friendly & helpful and when it's not corona there is sometimes a Hoff-fest in the summer.

One of the nicest neighborhoods of Kreuzberg, Spree is across the street and there is Mariannenplatz, Markthalle 9, and Lausitzerplatz with lots of bars and restaurants around the corner.
Supermarkets at 5 minutes by walk, bus stops at 2 minutes and U1 is 10 minutes by walk. Very well connected.
All in all, I'll be really sorry to leave the area.
