Starting from the first of October I am looking for a responsible tenant for my fully equipped apartment. If you are interested, I will be glad to hear from you.

The rental of the apartment includes the bills for internet services, electricity, heating and water (in addition to the common additional costs). The compulsory broadcasting fee (GEZ-Gebühr) is also included in the rent.
The apartment is situated on the third floor of a charming residential building and has a sunny balcony on its southern side. The apartment offers a fully equipped open plan kitchen, including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave oven and an induction stove. It is equipped with bath towels and bed linen. The bathroom is small but comfortable. A separate laundry room offers a washing machine as well as space for storage. The entrance also offers lots of storage room, with a large cabinet for shoes, one for coats and one for cleaning goods respectively.
The heart of the apartment is the spacious living room. It offers a comfortable lounge as well as a big dining table. An entire wall lined with bookcases provides plenty of room for your literature and loads of decorative objects and is equipped with a Netflix-compatible 43inch Smart TV.

Amazing! Within a five minutes’ walk you will find everything for your daily needs: A large high quality super market (Hit Markt), a food discount store (Penny), a greengrocer, the well-known Berlin market hall "Rogacki", as well as numerous delicatessen stores are just around the corner. In addition, there is a drugstore (Rossmann), various bank branches, a medical center, as well as two pharmacies and a gym. For a bigger shopping tour, it is only a 10-minute walk to the shopping street Wilmersdorfer Straße, where the "Wilmersdorf-Arcaden" mall is located.
You will also find lots of nice cafés and restaurants in your neighborhood. A trip to the closely located Villa Oppenheim inside Schusterpark gives you a chance to discover the beautiful old Charlottenburg. As a destination for relaxing walks or an extended jogging session, you might try the Schloss Charlottenburg with its huge park (within a 15-minute walk). The nearby Lietzensee invites you to take a walk in the adjacent park and take a break in its “Seecafé”.
The transport connection:
In less than four minutes you can reach the subway station "Bismarckstraße" where the U2 and the U7 intersect. The TU Campus at Ernst Reuter Platz is only a few minutes away with 3 stops. Even closer than the subway is the bus stop on the Kaiser-Friedrich-Straße, from which you can reach Tegel Airport with the bus 109 within 20 minutes. (Or in the opposite direction within a few minutes to Kurfürstendamm.)
Things you should know:
Smoking as well as keeping pets in the apartment is not allowed.
The apartment is part of an originally larger apartment. Both apartments have separate entrances. The connecting door between the two residential units has been closed and covered with sound-absorbing material. The two apartment halves, however, share a common bell system which can be operated separately from the respective apartment half.
Currently, the fifth floor of the building is being turned into a penthouse apartment, which hopefully will be finished by October. Not being personally involved in the project, I cannot guarantee that it will be completed by that date. Therefore, I should mention that there is the (slight) possibility of continuing construction work on the 5th floor and the courtyard facade might still be scaffolded afterwards.
The apartment is for rent for residential purposes only. Transfer to third parties, subletting is not permitted.
