Bright & spacious Fhain-appartment

Since I'm moving out but haven't cancelled the renting-contract yet, my apartment will be available for the upcoming 3 months (until the end of May - 1 month extension can be discussed). I have already requested with my rental company, but they will look for the next person to rent the flat themselves and therefore, unfortunately, this means that you are NOT able to take over the contract afterwards. Any inquiries on renting the apartment for long-term or longer than stated in this text will be ignored.

Please don't mind the mess on the photos, By now, everything has been cleaned and it would be safe to eat off the floor. I'll leave it partly furnished (bed & shelves in the bedroom, fridge & dishwasher in the kitchen) for now and will also leave the high-speed internet connection for you to use.

The apartment is really quiet, bright and located directly next to Bersarinplatz and super close to Frankfurter tor in Friedrichshain.
The M10 and Tram21 stop just a couple of steps (200 meters) away and also to the U5 it's just a couple of minutes by foot.
There is a small supermarket directly around the corner and a bigger one within 5 minutes walking distance.

It's 64 sqm, there are 2 rooms and a large kitchen with a dishwasher.
Since the current livingroom needs to be passed through to reach the bedroom, it's not suitable as a shared flat.

The total rent, including all bills (electricity, gas, water and high-speed internet) is 950€.
