Cozy Flat in best location for one year!

I rent my sweet flat in a perfect location. The flat is an old charming building, which is typically for berlin. Here are living a lot wgs, too. So it is more of a chabby-chic with graffiti. Nevertheless, I think this is Charme of berlin.

The flat is quite sunny, and has everything you need to have. A nice kitchen with modern oven, Washing machine with dryer.
You have around about 3,5 m high ceilings and big windows facing the backyard. Your view is a beautiful tree. Furthermore you can sleep with open windows, because the backyard is really quite.
In the flat is everything you need, including:
- fast WiFi
- comfy couch, which is convertible into a bed

We can discuss which furniture you want to have. There will be a "möbelaufschlag", depending on the furniture. All furniture have a good quality and are out real wood.

Lage
The apartment is perfectly connected to public transport. The Rathaus Neukölln underground station is in the immediate vicinity, or you can reach the Boddingstrasse underground station in about 7 minutes. You can reach Alexanderplatz in around 17min or central station in 26min. In about 2 minutes you can reach the Arcarden with various shops such as Kaufland, Denns Biomarkt etc.
There are also many cool bars in the immediate vicinity, whether on Flughafenstrasse or Weserstrasse. The Hasenheide, Tempelhofer Feld or the Maibachufer are within walking distance.

Sonstiges
This is not a party flat. I know my neighbours quite well, and everyone values a respectful and quiet atmosphere. There are other shared flats as well as families living in this building.
You are welcome to celebrate a birthday or a similar occasion, but please do not host parties every weekend in the flat. There are plenty of opportunities to go out and celebrate elsewhere.

No smoking in the flat.
