_Hi !
I am looking for a very reliable and respectful lovely couple to temporarily live in my beautiful flat, starting from December 2019 for 5 months (December 1st - April 30th), since I will be out of Berlin during that time...
_THE FLAT
Located on top floor in the house, the flat with a smart floor-plan-design consists of 3 rooms in total (2 bedrooms, 1 living room). The fully equipped kitchen (big fridge & dishwasher & microwave & oven) is connected to the living-room. There´s a bath tub in the bath-room and the washing machine.
_THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
If you have never been to Berlin before, let me assure you: This is the best Hood to live in within this great city. If you have been to Berlin before, you probably share my opinion on that.
The subway station (U-Bhf. Schönleinstr.) of the U8-Line is in 2 minute walking distance.
The infamous weekly food market happens to be in front of the house twice a week.
