We are looking for somebody to stay in our place from December 14th to January 22th. Could be a couple or a single person. No smoking or pets allow (sorry).
The apartment is an Alt Bau type but was recently fully refurbished. Is fully furnish and with everything you can need to feel at home.
The place is 67 sq mts with: a big kitchen, a decent size bathroom, a dinning room and living room , a laundry area and one bedroom. The apartment is very secure and in a small building.
The rent would be €1600 for the entire stay, 14th December 2018 to 22nd January 2019. Or 40€ per day. This includes: internet, heat, electricity. Also we ask for a €1000 deposit.
Great location. Only around the corner from U7/8 Hermannplatz.
The apartment is a few blocks away to the Turkish Markets (every Tuesday and Friday) in Maybachufer. Netto, Lidl, Penny and Edeka the closest supermarkets. And also, there are lots of bars and restaurants five minutes away on Wesserstr or in the Schillerkiez.
If you are a yogi, Yellow Yoga Studio is 10 minutes away walking distance. Another option around if you like to go to the movies is the Yorck Kino (there are a few in the area). Hasenheide Park is close by as well.
