You are welcome to my beautiful lofty apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. The kitchen is built-in, the apartment can optionally be leased partly furnished with a Queen Size Bed, Couch, a room-dividing shelf, dining table and chairs as well as basic cooking stuff/cutlery etc. But you can totally bring your own furniture and stuff.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The pictures feature the fully furnished apartment when I used to live in it. This will not be the state of this sublease (see above for partly-furnished options).
The apartment features a large living / dining room and an open kitchen with access to the balcony. In the small bedroom next to it you will sleep very quietly. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower.
The entire apartment has one single window front towards a silent garden. On the balcony you can enjoy your quiet morning coffee before starting the day or a drink in the evening after returning from sightseeing/working or whatever you´re up to. While you are staying in the very center of Berlin, you will wake up each morning to nothing else than the sound of birds and wind in the trees :)
- IMPORTANT: Please note the temporary restrictions in Berlin public life (shops/restaurants/bars/nightclubs etc.) due to the COVID19 pandemic! -
The apartment is located in the absolute epicentre of this quarter and really close to all the good stuff in Berlin. The neighbourhood bursts of great restaurants of all kinds and tastes, two eco markets a week and is one of the most beautiful districts in Berlin.
Directly down on the road are a few of the nicest restaurants in Berlin: Spooning Cookie Dough, Grindhouse Burger, Lia´s 100% vegan kitchen or Gugelhupf fine traditional German cuisine just to name a few (All restaurants provide pick-up or delivery only at the moment!)
Prenzlauer Berg is right in the center of Berlin - you will reach every point of interest in no more than 30minutes. Just to name a few examples:
12minutes to Alexanderplatz by tram
20minutes to Friedrichstraße / Unter den Linden by tram and S-Bahn
20-30minutes to the hotspots of Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg and Neukölln by tram and underground train.
35minutes to Kurfürstendamm by tram and S-Bahn
Please feel free to ask me for any advice on directions.
