This beautiful and nicely decorated flat is composed of 2 flats that are joined together. There is 2 separate entrances and 6 rooms in total with 2 bathrooms and balconies, meaning there is plenty of space and privacy.
You will have your own room and bathroom, with shared access to the living room, balcony and kitchen. The flat is flooded with light and entirely renovated in 2017. The bathroom and kitchen were built in 2017.
Your room is about 18 m2 big, it has original wooden floor and a 3 meter high ceiling. In the room you will have a double bed (140 m wide) with a comfy mattress, a wardrobe, desk and chair. The room also has a big window (south west facing) so you will get a lot of sun light coming in.
The shared living room is about 20 m2, with a south facing balcony attached to it and two huge windows on two sides of the wall, which makes the room special.
There is a dish washer, and washing machine. The kitchen contains a fridge, freezer, electric stove, dining area, and equipment.
The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/German TV license fee).
There is possibility of extensionof the contract.
No couples. Only professionals working outside of the home (no students).
The flat is located at the border to Wedding, only 4 minutes away from U8 Station Residenzstr. The U8 is a really good tube line with only a few minutes to Mitte, and Kreuzberg and Neukolln further down the line.
It is close to several lakes in the north, which is great for swimming or spending time in the green.
You will be sharing with a German/ Turkish & English couple. As there are 2 flats, we will spend a lot of time on our side of the flat so you can have a lot of privacy if you like. We are both 32 years old and are working from home in the third sector.
We love our flat tidy and organised. We enjoy cooking and sometimes having friends over. We are quite sociable but also like our down time. We enjoy travelling, reading and the outdoors, SUPing and doing music. We also care about the environment and are using Okostrom and trying to be conscious about negative impacts to the environment.
