The flat is a 76qm large, fully furnished 3.5 room apartment, additionally equipped with a washing machine, a bathtub, a fitted kitchen, and two balconies (wintergarden-like, accessible via the living room, and 'French balcony' via the bedroom). During the day, it is flooded with sunshine due to the east-west direction of the flat, and the large windows.
