Hello everyone!
I live in this lovely flat since Jan 2019 together with my sister. Since we both are escaping the lockdown and Berlin winter, we'd like to rent the flat. We have two bedrooms and a big cosy living room. Because we have lots of work material and boxes laying around I'd keep the small bedroom as storage and the rest of the flat would he yours.
The flat is furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. There's a double bed, a desk and a drawer in the bedroom. We have a big closet in the living room, in which we can empty some space for you. We smoke only on the balcony and you can too. Our neighbours are super nice helpful.

BY THE END OF MARCH MY SISTER WILL BE BACK IN BERLIN AND WILL LIVE IN THE SMALL ROOM, SO FROM END OF MARCH TILL END OF APRIL, THE BIG ROOM WILL STILL BE AVAILABLE BUT IT WILL BE A WG, so if you want you can stay for another month and of course the RENT will be LESS. My sister is easygoing and nice, but she's an architecture student, so you won't be seeing her much(because she's working all the time).
