Hi all,
I am sub-renting my apartment from the 24th of January until the 15th of February 2026. This is an ideal apartment for couples or singles.

About the apartment:
- This is a 65m2 apartment with a big and bright living room + open kitchen. Very comfortable with all necessary amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction plates...).
- The apartment has a terrace and direct access to the building's small garden, which is usually empty.
- The bedroom has a Queen-size bed ideal for two persons.


About the location:
The neighborhood is super calm and safe while being very close to Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. You will be in 15 minutes to Mauerpark, 25 minutes to Rosenthaler Strasse/Hackescher Markt.
- The tram 12 and M13 are also 4minutes walk and M2 (to go to Alexanderplatz in 15min) is 8 minutes walk.
- It is super-well connected to grocery stores with Netto, Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, and a DM in less than an 8-minute walk from the flat.


About the rent:
I will be asking for a 500€ deposit as this is the flat that I live in, and the pre-payment of the total to confirm your booking. The first person to transfer the full price will have the flat confirmed. The total price is 1050€ and I do not make any money on this; it is just the nightly rate I pay.
Of course, no amneldung as this is a subrent.

PS: There is no internet in the flat (I don't use it). But you can use a hotspot of course.
