Hallo zusammen,

mein Name ist Samuel McKenna und Ich komme aus Irland und wohne bereits seit einigen Monaten in Berlin. Da ich mich in die Berlin verliebt habe, werde ich hier auch noch einige Zeit bleiben und bin daher vor allem auf der Suche nach einem unbefristeten Wohnung.

Seit Anfang des Jahres wohne ich hier in Berlin in einer Wohngemeinschaft. Da ich in den letzten 6 Jahre in Wohngemeinschaften gelebt habe, bin ich nun auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung, in der ich langfristig wohnen kann.

Nach Abschluss meines Masters in Musiktechnologie am Trinity College in Dublin bin ich nach Berlin gezogen und arbeite als Eventmanager. Mein Arbeitsvertrag ist für die nächsten Jahre unbegrenzt, so dass ein regelmässiges Einkommen gesichert ist. Zudem ist ein langfristiges Mietverhältnis für mich besonders wichtig, da ich die nächsten Jahre in Berlin bleiben werde.

Ich würde mich sehr über eine Zusage freuen!

Hallo zusammen,

I have been living in Berlin for around 8 months now and am looking a for longterm flat rent. I'm from Cork, Ireland and have fallen in love with Berlin and would like to stay here for quite a while. I am up to A1.1 German and hope to continue doing more courses to learn the language to a relatively nice level. I'm here with the hopes of advancing my career in music as a sound designer or if possible a full time music composer. Before moving to Berlin I completed my Masters in Music Technology from Trinity college in Dublin in Ireland and also previously studied music alongside Business.

I currently work as a stage/festival production manager with my work mainly happening in Ireland and the UK, but I hope to continue with music here instead of over there.

I'm looking for a place to call my own, a place where the kitchen is exactly where I want it to be. A place where I can feel at home.
