Hi! My boyfriend and I are looking for a long-term (2 or 3 years) flat for us only in the Berlin area. We are both (very reliable and friendly😄) researchers, in physics and computer science with a solid income. Our budget is around 1300€ per month including bills. We are mainly interested in Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, Shöneberg, Baumschulenweg but we consider also other locations. We have all the necessary documents already.
