From address (Hattinger Str. 95) you can understand, city main station (Bochum HBF) is only 5 minutes tram distance. You can take tram just outside of the apartment (Station: Bergmannsheil). Tram is available from 4AM-12.30 AM in every 7-8 minutes. You can also walk to main city within 15 minutes.
Bergmannsheil hospital is also there by 2 minutes walking distance. Schauspielhaus theater and Bermuda Triac is locate 8-10 minutes of walking distance. You can reach supermarket (Aldi) by 5 minutes walking distance.
About apartment interior, two big living rooms with fully equipped giant kitchen and toilet. My colleague Abhishek Biswas (PhD at RUB) is living in one room and I want to rent my room. The room is furnished with all necessary staff (Bed, Cupboard, Table, Chair, Light and so on). So it is chargeable for one time. If you like we can discuss about the possible price.
The rent of the apartment is 280.50€/month/each with heater and water. Electricity and Internet (Approx: 50€/each) you have to pay by yourself. Caution money 600€ you have to deposit in the beginning.
