wegen eines Auslandsaufenthalts vermiete ich meine wunderschöne, helle Altbauwhg für 2 bis 4 Monate. Sie liegt in der 2. von insgesamt 3 Etagen.
Sie verfügt über Eichenparkett, Kassettentüren, eine kpl ausgestattete Küche (Induktion), ein schönes Badezimmer inkl. Waschmaschine. Ein Balkon mit Morgen-/ Vormittagssonne zeigt auf den Wilhelmsplatz. Trotz verkehrsgünstiger Lage ist die Wohnung ruhig.

Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Zur Zeit sind die Räume als Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Schlafzimmer genutzt.
Über die Aufteilung und Ausstattung der Räume können wir uns abstimmen: ein weiteres Bett und/oder ein Schreibtisch, Rollcontainer, Bürostuhl sind vorhanden.
Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionsherd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Töpfen, Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können gestellt werden und sind in der genannten Miete enthalten.

Ein abgeschlossener Fahrradabstellplatz ist vorhanden.

Die Miete inkl. der pauschalen Nebenkosten umfasst alle Kosten inkl. DSL und der Nutzung des Mobiliars, Geschirrs, etc.

because of a stay abroad I sublet my beautiful, bright old building appartment for a period of 2-4 months. It lies in the 2nd of alltogether 3 floors.
It has oak parquet, cassette doors, a fully equipped kitchen (induction), a beautiful bathroom incl. washing machine. A balcony with morning sun points to the Wilhelmsplatz. Despite the convenient location, the apartment is quiet.

The apartment is furnished. Currently the rooms are used as living room, dining room and bedroom.
We can agree on the layout and equipment of the rooms: a further bed and / or a desk, roll container, office chair are available.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, induction stove, dishwasher, pots, crockery and cutlery. Bed linen and towels can be provided and are included in the rent.

A locked bicycle parking space is available.

The rent and the additional costs include: water, electricity, gas, Internet, as well as the use of furniture, dishes, etc.
