I leave my flat and I'm looking for another tenant to take over my contract. The flat is free from April 15th 2019. It is 35 m2 on the last floor of an old building in Alexanderstraße. It has been renovated last year so everything is new. The windows are on the courtyard so it is very quiet. There is a big common terrace that can be used during summer
There is one bedroom and one living room (the kitchen is in the living room) and a bathroom.
There is a connection for a washing machine and for internet.
The flat is unfurnished but the kitchen (which includes the fridge, the sink and the electric hotplates) has been installed by the landlord and need to be bought for 300€.
The flat is located next to TU and 5 min walk from marktplatz and Herrengarten, 5min from tramway.
The Deposit is 1200 euros

I am in Darmstadt next week after 7pm for visits
