Exchange student who really enjoys living in a house

I need a house in dortmund, as im coming to exchange to ism dortmund for 4 months, and I'm looking a place to stay
I myself am a young student living in a rent house in Porvoo, where i study bachelor degree in hospitality management. if there would be rent credits i would have them up the roof

I like to have casual converstations but also go for deep converstations, im a chill dude who likes to clown some time to time, and im professional cook so expect BBQ when i arrive.
I love to have a place where i can study and have great puplic connections, so transporting would not be a problem
