Apartment Hunting in Düsseldorf (Staying Long Term: March 2020-May 2021)

I'm currently set to take my MBA at WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management for the April 2020 intake. Prior to that, I was the Head of Travel Retail and Business Development for Asia Pacific at Moshi (http://www.moshi.com), a lifestyle tech accessories brand available in over 80 countries worldwide. After having worked for almost 10 years, I've decided to reboot and refresh my skills via an MBA.

I have lived in Taipei for 5 years, and have very strong experience in renting and taking care of a place as if it was my own. Back in Manila, I am also renting out my own Furnished Studio located in Makati CBD to an Indonesian couple, and completely understand the need to ensure that the tenants will take care of my place as I would. I'm a bit of a neat freak, which is why I prefer to live alone; so I'd be able to have full control of my surroundings and be certain that everything is used and maintained properly. I don't have any pets and I cook really well, so rest assured that the kitchen will be utilized as you intended. I am not a big party person, but would love to host dinner or wine nights with friends on certain occasions. When I'm not out studying or learning German, you'd catch me traveling, scuba diving or just holed up in my room with my Kindle and a cup of black coffee / red wine (depends how stressed I am. LOL.)
