Suche eine Wohnung for 2 Personen Familie

Hallo,

Mein Name ist Ashutosh Mishra, ich bin 32 Jahre alt, und suche ich eine Wohnung für mich und meine Frau(Sneha Sinha). Ich arebeite bei Fraunhofer IIS in Tennenlohe als Künstliche Intelligenz wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter. Ich kann mehr Details bei Bedarf zur Verfügung stellen. Ich habe zuvor Informatik (Bachelor) und Informatik - Künstliche Intelligenz (Master) studiert. Ich komme aus Indien, wo ich meinen Bachelor gemacht habe, aber ich habe meinen Master in Informatik - Künstliche Intelligenz an der Universität Kaiserslautern (in Rheinland-Pfalz, Deutschland) gemacht.

Ihre Wohnung scheint ideal für mich. Es wäre schön, wenn wir darüber reden könnten.

Ich habe in Erlangen über eineinhalb Jahren gewohnt mit Freund von mir aber wurde ich bald verheiratet. Deshalb hätte ich gern eine neue Wohung für mich und meine Frau. Aus diesem Grunde suche ich definitiv nach einer langfristigen Wohnung in Erlangen. Was die Ausstattung der Wohnung angeht, bin ich generell flexibel und könnte also ggf. Möbel/Geräte übernehmen. Ich würde mich freuen wenn die Wohnung eine Spülmaschine hatte.

Ich habe bisher immer gute Erfahrungen mit meinen Vermietern gemacht und schätze den offenen
Austausch miteinander. Ich bin ordentlich, organisiert, freundlich und verantwortlich. Ich bin der jüngste Sohn meiner Eltern. Ich habe zwei ältere Geschwister und beide haben einen Doktortitel aus Indien bzw. Australien und arbeiten als Professor an der Universität.

Ich rauche nicht und besitze keine Haustiere. Ich spreche fließend Englisch und lerne, mein Deutsch zu verbessern. Ich bin nicht viel Party-Person und genieße meine ruhige Zeit zu Hause, wann immer ich kann. Ich spiele Badminton gerne und in meiner Freizeit schaue ich gerne Filme oder lese. I have lived in Erlangen for more than one and a half years with my friend but I got recently married. Therefore, I would like to have a new apartment for me and my wife. That is is why I'm definitely looking for a long-term apartment in Erlangen. As for the equipment of the apartment, I am generally flexible and could possibly take over furniture/equipment. I would be happy if the apartment has a dishwasher.

I have always had good experiences with my landlords. I am neat, organized, friendly and responsible. I am the youngest son of my parents. I have two elder sisters and both have a doctorate degree from India and Australia respectively and currently work as Professors at universities.

I am not a smoker and have no pets. I speak English fluently and I am learning to improve my German. I'm not much of a party person and I enjoy my quiet time at home whenever I can.
