Cozy 2 rooms apartment in the city center

Cozy 2 room apartment available from 1 of March 2026. The available consists of 2 big rooms, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. The apartment is in the heart of the city center, 5 minutes away from different bus stops, 15 minutes away from the train station. Shops and many supermarkets are at walking distance. The rent is 420 euro per month and the nebenkosten is 150 euros per month. Not included wifi and electricity costs (so far, I have paid 48 euro for the electricity and 50 euro for the WI-FI).
Please, only people interested in buying the furniture of the apartment. A list of the furniture available will be available upon request.
