Sehr helle und ruhige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Südstadt von Göttingen zu vermieten.
Sie besteht aus einer kleinen, separaten Küche mit Pantryküche (Kühlschrank, 2 Herplatten, Spüle und Spülschrank), einem langen Flur mit zwei geräumigen Einbauschränken, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschinen-Anschluss, einem Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, einem Schlafzimmer und einem abschließbaren Kellerabteil. In das Schlafzimmer gelangt man nur durch das Wohnzimmer, weshalb die Wohnung eher nicht WG geeignet ist.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3.OG (Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden) und abseits vielbefahrener Straßen und ist daher sehr ruhig.
Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind durch große Fensterfronten lichtdurchflutet.
Auf dem großen Balkon, der vom Wohnzimmer nach Süden abgeht, lassen sich laue Sommerabende entspannt verbringen und Wäsche aufhängen.
Fahrräder lassen sich am Fahrradständer direkt vor dem Haus anschließen, oder auch im Keller oder direkt vor der Wohnungstür abstellen.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein kleiner, abschließbarer Kellerraum (ca. 1,5 m²). Im Keller sind auch gemeinschaftliche Waschmaschinen die per Waschmünze (Kauf bei der Hausverwaltung) genutzt werden können.
Die Küche und das Badezimmer sind letztes Jahr renoviert worden (neue Pantryküche, neue Fliesen, neue Dusche, neue Armaturen..).
Es gibt eine Gegensprechanlage.

Very bright and quiet 2-room apartment for rent in the southern part of Göttingen.
It consists of a small, separate kitchen with kitchenette (refrigerator, 2 hotplates, sink and cupboard), a long hallway with two spacious built-in cupboards, a bathroom with shower and washing machine connection, a living room with balcony, a bedroom and a lockable cellar compartment. You must pass through the living room to enter the bedroom, which is why the apartment is rather not suitable for a wg/shared flat.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (elevator is available) and away from busy streets and is therefore very quiet.
The living room and bedroom are flooded with light through large windows.
On the large balcony, which faces south from the living room, you can spend warm summer evenings or hang up laundry.
Bicycles can be locked to the bike stand directly in front of the house, or in the basement or directly in front of the apartment door.
A small, lockable cellar room (approx. 1.5 m²) belongs to the apartment. In the basement there are also communal washing machines that can be used with a washing coin (purchased from the property manager).
The kitchen and the bathroom were renovated last year (new kitchenette, new tiles, new shower, new fittings ..).
