I'm Ivan (43) and I'm currently looking for a flat in Hamburg.
I work as a HR Manager for a Shipping Company located in Hafen City.
I am a serious, kind, sociable person and am happy if you have something that could suit me.
What am I looking for?
- small, fine apartment (1-2 rooms)
- size from about 30-55 sqm
- as centrally located, as possible - gladly with balcony :)
- August or September
(but I can manage to move in the new flat even later)
What do I bring as a tenant?
- secure, fixed income as a professional with over 15 years of work experience (payslips available)
- reliability
- friendly dealings with fellow human beings
I would move into the apartment on my own. I currently live in Hamburg and can also set up viewing appointments at short notice.
