Short Term Furnished Apartment for Rent | 17 March – 17 April

I am renting out my fully furnished private room for a short period from 17 March to 17 April (without registration). The room is clean, comfortable, bright and ideal for a 2 person, couple, students or working professionals who is looking for a temporary stay.

The apartment is well maintained and offers a quiet and friendly living environment with a shared kitchen and bathroom. The location is very convenient, with markets just nearby, a Lidl supermarket within walking distance, and a large shopping mall close by that has many well-known branded shops, making daily shopping and leisure activities very easy.

Public transport connections are also excellent, with buses and trains easily accessible. I am looking for a responsible and tidy tenant who will take good care of the room during this period.

The apartment also has a spacious living room, which can be used. The living room is connected to the kitchen, creating a comfortable shared living space.

There is one more tenant already living in the apartment, staying in a separate room as it is a three room apartment.

The rent is €580 for the full period and is negotiable.
A deposit of €500 is required and will be refunded at the end of the stay.
